Applied for two (2) Gold Special Grants with the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Development.
The Special Grant ZIM-SEMR001 is 46 hectares in extent and is located in the area of the Mazowe mining district in Mashonaland Province which is about 36 km from the capital Harare.
The Special Grant ZIM-SEMR002 is 12 hectares in extent and is located in the area of Mvuma, which is in the Midlands Province and falls under Reserved Area No:1561.
Sambiri Diamonds
The new Sambiri Diamonds facility is situated in the heart of Harare and is a state of the art facility which consists of administration and buying offices, grading room, cutting and polishing factory and training facilities.

Skills Development
A pivotal role of Sambiri Diamonds will be the establishment of an on-site training facility in which local men and women will be enrolled. Courses offered include: Rough Diamond grading / evaluation and Diamond Cutting and Polishing. Skills transfer to local employees is considered vital to the on-going success of the venture.
